Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy


Returning and replacing the product policy:

The client can return the product within 3 days and replace it within 7 days since date of receipt

The return and replacement date begins since date of receipt

To benefit from return, replacement and warranty services, the  bill of sale should be attached in a message through WhatsApp

The gifts received by the client when buying the product should be returned in their original packaging and form. In case of returning or replacing the product, the gift value will be deducted from the money if it’s used by the customer.

If the client wants to return or cancel a purchase order with no defects, the client will pay for all costs regarding the returning process

 

Products warranty and quality:

The product should be in it’s original packaging box with all its accessories, user guide and warranty card if there is

If the product packaging is opened, it can’t be returned or replaced.

The Products must not be damaged.  . So please follow user guide or contact us for inquiries. To get warranty services, the client should contact us through the WhatsApp to reserve an appointment.

The client will not pay for return or replacement fees if there is a manufacturing defect or flaw shown by the report of our specialized technical team

If the product has manufacturing defect or flaw, the product will be maintained, returned or replaced according to the client’s wish.

The warranty is considered invalid in case of abuse

 

Proving the manufacturing defect:

Send a video clip showing the manufacturing defect to WhatsApp number

For maintenance and diagnosis requests at customer site, if the customer site is out of covered areas, we will pay for shipping expenses.

The product will not be returned or replaced in the following cases:

When submitting the returning request after the defined permission period which is 3 days after the date of receipt.

 

When the product packaging is opened, the product is used or damaged or not in the same condition you received it in.

When the product packaging box is damaged

 

 

Electronic and bank payments fees:

The money will be repaid to the same bank account you used to pay

The period of returning the money in case of canceling the order or for any other reason is 14 days or the period of returning money according to the bank to which the account belongs.

Purchases paid with vouchers or credit cards cannot be returned in cash

 

Shipping and delivery:

Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment is intact, complete and in good condition

The delivery time is from two to four days from the date of order confirmation.

The customer shall bear the shipping fees in case of replacing or returning the product if the product does not have a manufacturing defect or flaw.
